Dual Sabers for Equites

At Equite 3, members get the ability to select some standard double-bladed sabers from the saber construction tool. The gfx for the Dual sabers at the same rank have been completed and uploaded...now we're just waiting on the code-support.

Working on robes tomorrow...hopefully something to release this weekend.
